Welcome to SeeZone. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the SeeZone platform, website, and related services, including creating and running contests, submitting entries, and casting votes. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform.

To use SeeZone, you must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the platform, you confirm that all information you provide, including your name, email, phone number, and country, is accurate and kept up to date.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activities that occur under your account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Notify us of unauthorized account access
• Update your profile information when necessary

User Content

Users may upload contest entries, comments, images, videos, business or contest information, and other content to SeeZone.

You retain ownership of your content. However, by uploading content, you grant SeeZone permission to display, host, and process that content for the purpose of operating the platform.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all uploaded content is accurate and lawful.

Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Upload misleading or fraudulent information
• Impersonate another person, business, or contest creator
• Use fake accounts, bots, or scripts to inflate votes or engagement
• Publish harmful, illegal, abusive, or offensive content
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise platform security
• Misrepresent contests, prizes, or business activities

SeeZone reserves the right to remove content that violates these guidelines.

Verification

SeeZone may offer verification badges and trust indicators to qualifying contest creators and businesses.

Verification indicates that certain checks have been completed but does not guarantee contest legitimacy, prize fulfillment, or outcomes.

SeeZone reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or revoke verification at any time.

Buyer Protection

If a verified contest creator is reported for fraudulent activity, such as failing to award a promised prize, SeeZone may investigate the matter and take appropriate action.

Investigations are conducted based on available evidence and platform policies. Any support or compensation provided remains at the sole discretion of SeeZone.

Payments & Subscriptions

Certain features, such as paid votes or premium contest tools, may require payment or a subscription.

By purchasing a paid plan or casting a paid vote, you authorize SeeZone to charge the selected payment method for applicable fees.

Fees may change from time to time. Any changes will be communicated before taking effect.

Contest creators earn a share of paid-vote revenue from their contests, credited to their in-app wallet after SeeZone's platform commission is applied. Payouts to a creator's bank account are processed through our payment partners and may take a few business days to settle.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, branding, logos, software, and platform content belonging to SeeZone remain the property of SEE Ltd.

Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or reproduce platform materials without written permission.

Account Suspension

SeeZone may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent voting or payment activity
• Harm other users or contest participants
• Abuse platform features
• Breach applicable laws

We reserve the right to take action without prior notice where necessary to protect the platform and its users.

Limitation of Liability

SeeZone provides tools that help creators run contests and reach an audience.

We are not responsible for disputes, losses, damages, or reports arising from the arrangement between a contest creator and its contestants or voters.

Users engage with contests at their own discretion and risk.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect platform improvements, legal requirements, or operational changes. Continued use of SeeZone following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
